Answers to the most frequently asked questions about my Market and products.

How do I checkout? (includes info on where to put your promo code for discounts)

  • First, click on the product you are interested in from my Market. This will bring up further details about the product as well as a way to add it to your shopping cart. Remember, you can click on the different photos to get more views of each product.

(The following screenshots are from a desktop. Mobile will differ slightly, however, the steps are the same)

  • Use the coral button to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you add an item to your cart, a black button will appear in the right corner of your page or if you are on mobile, close to the bottom of your page.

  • You can then continue shopping. When you are ready to check out, click on the black shopping cart button. This will bring you to a page to review all items in your shopping cart and allow you to make any necessary adjustments.

  • If you decide you no longer want something, you can click on the X on the left side of the product. When you are ready, click the black “Checkout” button to buy your items.

  • On the Checkout page, there are two places you can enter a discount or promo code: Either when you are on the Payment box or underneath your products on the Order Summery. Enter you code inside the box then click “Apply.” You will then be able to see the discount given. Finish filling out the required information in each box then click Purchase to finish your order.

    Please Note: If you wish to receive the advertised discount at the time, you must enter it into the Discount Code box.

  • Once your order is complete, you will be taken to a page with the option to download your products right away. You will also be sent an email so you can download your products later.

  • You will be sent two emails: one confirming your purchase and another one with your download links. Please Note: These links are good for 24 hours only. Don’t worry though! If you need a new link, simply reply back and I will sent you a new one.

Do you give refunds?

Unfortunately, no. Since all my products are digital files giving you immediate access, I do not offer refunds. If you have a question about a product before you purchase it, please email me and I’ll be happy to respond within 72 hours. If you are unhappy with your product, please let me know why so I can fix it and make things better or more clear in the future.

A product has been updated since I bought it? Can I get the updated version?

Absolutely! I’d love to send you the updated version for free. All you have to do is email me letting me know which product update you are in need of with the email address you bought it with. Please note, this only applies to products you have actually purchased, not bonus products or giveaway items.

Why only a 24 hour download frame? Can I get a new link?

I hate the 24 hour download timeline too. Unfortunately, it’s not an easy fix, but it is one I’m looking into for the future. I’m always able to send you a new link to download your items any time (even if you lost the file you bought last year). You can reply back to the email you received with the download link or email me at Camille@cknscratch.com and I’ll get you a new link within 48 hours.

Can I save the files to my computer to print them out again in the future?

Yes! Please do! One of the best things about digital files is that you can print them off again and again. Absolutely save the file! However, please keep in mind these products are for personal use only. If you want to use an item for a big group function, please email me and we will work something out. Thanks!

When will your products go on sale?

I hold two big sales a year. One around Easter time (up to a month beforehand) and one around Christmas time (usually the beginning of November). These are my biggest discounted sales of the year. Occasionally, I will do smaller sales to celebrate a new product release or anniversary of my blog. Stay up to date on the latest releases and sales when you subscribe to the Chicken Craze, my Market newsletter.

I’m having problems opening my file. What can I do?

Most of my files are in pdf form which means you need Adobe to access them. Head over here to make sure you have the latest update. I recommend not installing the extras that come with Adobe- just Adobe itself. If you have Adobe and keep getting an error- try another browser. Some products in my Market are also zip files (compressed). This means you need to unzip it before you can access the file. If you don't unzip it, you will get an error message. Often zip files will open in a new window. You may have your browser set to block new windows from opening so you will need to allow this site to open a new window in order to download it. To read more about how to unzip a file, please see this site. 

Anything else I need to be aware of when I purchase your products?

Yes! I hope you thoroughly enjoy my products. I love making them and sharing them with you. However, please remember the following:

  • You may print your product multiple times for personal use. 

  • My files CANNOT be given to anyone else. You can give a printed copy but not the actual digital file.

  • In order to own a digital file it must be purchased.

  • You CANNOT email a file to anyone else for the purpose of giving it or sharing it with them. It must be purchased.

  • DO NOT post my files or the images found with it on a blog, website, or anything similar.

  • DO NOT change my files in any way. It is against the law.

  • DO NOT use all or part of my files for commercial use in any way.

Intended use of any of my products are for personal use only. Any abuse of this is not allowed. Please Note: If you plan on printing more than 10 copies to give out to others, you MUST request permission first. Email me and we will work something out.

Can I send my file to the printers to get a high quality print?

Yes! That is the only exception to emailing my products. If you desire to get your product printed at a professional place, you may email them your digital file to be printed. They may only use that file to print you and you alone your product.
