Copyright Information

I put a great deal of time and care into creating the graphics, games, activities, and printable resources on Chicken Scratch n Sniff. Some of the artwork also includes licensed graphics that I've purchased permission to use. Please respect the following guidelines when using or sharing my resources.

Free Resources

You're welcome to download and print my free resources for personal, family, classroom, and church use, with the following conditions:

You may print copies for up to 30 people, unless otherwise stated on the resource.
If you need copies for more than 30 people, please contact me for written permission.
You may give printed copies to friends or people you minister to within the permitted limit.
You may use a professional print shop to print your authorized copies.

Purchased Digital Products

When you purchase a digital printable from Chicken Scratch n Sniff, you receive permission to print it as many times as needed for the specific group for which it was purchased. For example, a Primary presidency purchasing a printable game may print enough copies for its entire Primary, whether that includes 20 or 100 children. The same group may print additional or replacement copies as needed.

Your purchase does not grant permission to distribute the digital files to other groups, wards, stakes, organizations, or individuals for their independent use. Each separate group should purchase its own copy unless otherwise stated in the product license.

Purchased digital products may not be resold or reproduced for commercial resale.

Sharing and Using My Resources

You are welcome to:

Share links to my blog posts and product pages so others can download or purchase resources for themselves.
Make ordinary printing adjustments, such as scaling a page to fit your paper, without altering the original artwork or content.
Send files to a professional print shop to produce copies within your permitted use.

You may not:

Upload, email, or otherwise distribute my digital files to others.
Share direct download links to files hosted on Squarespace. Please share the original blog post or product page instead.
Edit, alter, or repurpose my artwork, graphics, or files for redistribution without written permission.
Remove copyright notices, watermarks, or creator information from my files.
Sell or resell my resources, artwork, or printed copies without written permission.
Claim my original artwork or resources as your own.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use

The original artwork, illustrations, designs, patterns, printables, written content, and other creative materials from Chicken Scratch n Sniff may not be copied, uploaded, collected, or used without written permission for the purpose of:

Training, developing, fine-tuning, or improving artificial intelligence (AI) models or systems.
Generating unauthorized reproductions, adaptations, or substantially similar versions of my products or creative materials.
Creating competing products or resources using my original content as source material.
Redistributing, reselling, or commercially exploiting AI-generated reproductions of my work.

Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk collection of website content for these purposes is prohibited.

These restrictions do not prevent ordinary personal use of purchased resources within the permissions granted by their product licenses or uses permitted by applicable law.

For licensing inquiries or permission to use my materials for AI-related purposes, contact Camille@cknscratch.com.

Copyright Ownership

Purchasing or downloading a resource does not transfer copyright ownership. All original designs, illustrations, written content, and other copyrighted materials remain the property of Chicken Scratch n Sniff LLC or their respective copyright owners.

If a product includes different or additional licensing permissions, the terms specified for that product apply.
