Our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
Unless a product comes damaged, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
When you purchase our digital files, you are given immediate access and can’t return anything to us. If you feel unhappy with your purchase, please reach out. We do want you to be happy and continue to improve our products. If you are having trouble opening your file, please make sure you are extracting all zipped files before opening. You will get an error message otherwise.
Our Print & Ship items are made exclusively for you once you order. If there is a defect or an item is delivered damaged, however, please send us a photo of the damage, your order number, and a photo of the packaging to Camille@cknscratch.com. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We’ll do our best to make it right. Unfortunately, we can’t control what happens once we turn our packages over to shipping companies.
Our Print on Demand (POD) products are make specifically for you as well. We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item and include photos of the problem. Please send requests with your photo and your order number to Camille@cknscratch.com. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please check the items in your cart before purchasing to make sure you are ordering what you intended. Sometimes people rush through and accidentally click the plus button for an additional recommended item instead of the “Add to Cart” bigger blue button. Unfortunately, since you have two more chances after you add items (1- when you view your cart and 2- at checkout), you are responsible for payment of all items. If you do notice a mistake on a print & ship item, contact us as soon as possible and we can at least send you your intended item with the other one to save you the additional shipping cost. There are no guarantees, however, as we strive to get your products out to you as quick as possible and we may have already shipped it.
If you have a question about a product before you purchase it, please email us and we’ll respond within 2 business days but usually much faster.
