Our SHipping Policy

We make it when you order it!

Most orders are processed in about 3 business days (not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Our business hours are 9 AM-2 PM MST Monday-Friday. We honor all federal holidays in the United States of America. If something is personalized, it may take an additional day. We ship only to the United States of America at this time. However, if you are interested in international shipping, please reach out for a price quote.

We ship through the United States Post Office as well as UPS. The amount of time it takes to get to you will depend on your location. We ship from Colorado so if you are nearby, you’ll receive it faster than if you live on the East Coast. The UPS/USPS quote 2 - 10 business days for shipping. However, if it’s shipping non-continental it can take up to 26 days.

We do our best to keep our shipping to $5 for most single-item orders. Shipping rates are based on weight as well as the size of the package. Our large posters that ship rolled instead of folded are $10-15 due to extra packaging and shipping fees.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as well as the packaging it came in. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Unfortunately, we can’t control what happens after we hand it over to the delivery companies and are not responsible if your order does not arrive on time.

If your order shows delivered but you can’t find it, contact the post office or UPS for help- refer to your shipping confirmation email for your tracking ID.

Local Pickup Option

We also offer local pickup to those who are in Colorado Springs, Colorado and love meeting you. Please contact Camille to arrange a pickup time before you purchase to make sure we can meet your timeline.
