Hooray! You just made a wonderful choice- one that makes your Christmas gifting easier, more beautiful, and centered on Christ. The Ultimate Nativity Gift Experience can be used in so many fun and meaningful ways- we even made you a quick guide to show you some of the possibilities.
Decorated Nativity Scene
An eye-catching gift that’s also delicious! To get the candies to stay on the paper, you will want to tape the wrappers to the candy as well as to the page. For best presentation while gifting, we recommend the following:
- Plastic bag to hold your scene and keep the weather off. We used these ones.
- Thin cardboard to place behind your scene to keep it sturdy. Cut boxes around your house or get something like this- especially if you are doing the extra wrappers- it gets heavy!
- Place your choice of study material on the other side of the cardboard so it looks good on both sides.
A jar of Treats
I’m talking Kisses, Rolos, mini Reese’s peanut butter cups, butterscotch candies, etc. These candies look great in a jar, mug, or even a vase. Look around your house and see what you can reuse. Consider these ideas:
- Fill half a jar with candies then put a battery powered tea light on top. Add our gift tag to complete the look.
- Grab a cute mug, a hot chocolate packet, and our candies for an extra cozy treat.
- Fill a vase half way with the decorated candies. Add some Christmas greenery, a gift tag or the matching study guide.
Christmas Eve Boxes
These Christmas Eve boxes are packed with meaning and munchies.
Quick & Easy Option: Fill them with one of our Nativity Treat Mixes, turn on a favorite Christmas movie, and enjoy! When the credits roll, just toss the box- cleanup done.
Family Activity Option: Turn your box into a Nativity stage! Tape the backdrop scene inside, slip in your favorite movie treats wrapped in our Nativity designs, and tuck in the activity booklet. Then, as you watch or read Luke 2 together, let everyone enjoy a sweet treat that tells The Sweetest Story Ever Told.
Mini Nativity Play Set
Just tape the small wrappers into little cylinders and turn them into an interactive paper Nativity scene. Use the movie snack box as your stage—tape the Nativity backdrop inside, add the Nephite scene to the back, and let your kids act out the Christmas story.
Best part? Nothing breaks, nothing melts, and when the season’s over, you can simply recycle or toss it. Easy, fun, and totally stress-free.
Want the best of both worlds? Don’t tape the wrappers directly to the candy. That way, you can slide the treats out to enjoy them and still use the wrappers to play and build your Nativity scene. Sweet and simple- literally.
Family Night Study Kit
A ready-made devotional that doubles as a treat night. Make a decorated candy scene for each person in your family. Print out the study pages you want to use (adult, teen, kids, quick glance), and prep the Eyes to See: A Gospel Drawing Game- Christmas Edition. Go through the Christmas story together while enjoy some treats along the way. Use the study pages as a guide. Then play Eyes to See to close the night with some fun.
