You’ve heard about the Periodic Table of Elements but have you heard about the Gospel Elements Chart? The Periodic Table is organized so scientists can quickly discern properties; the Gospel Elements Charts quickly reminds you of important elements of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Save it for later, pin it now!
Find fun gospel elements like Se for Search or Rv for Revelation. The top elements are, of course, Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ. Try one of these creative ways to enjoy the Gospel Elements Chart:
Choose an element a week to study further.
Hang it over where you keep your scriptures study materials
Mail it to your church activity group and ask them which element they want to experiment upon first. Plan your next activity around that element.
Give it to your ministering families with a fun experiment they can do as well. A blank experiment sheet is included in your free download or print an experiment sheet from my Science Night Gospel Fun Kit. It includes all sorts of experiments with a great gospel tie-in!
Play Guess Who. Each team takes turns asking each other questions and sees who can guess the other’s element first.
Find a scripture that relates to each element- memorize one a week
Use as a visual when you talk about experimenting upon the word as found in Alma 32:27-42.
How will you use yours?
Continue the science theme and make it a family night of fun with my Science Night Gospel Fun Kit- lots of fun experiments you can easily accomplish at home that relate to a gospel principle. It’s a great way to experiment upon the word!
Keep Experimenting on the Word
