Digital products are delivered electronically and do not include a physical item unless specifically stated in the product description. Purchasing a digital product does not grant permission to resell, distribute, share the purchased files, or commercially reproduce the material.

Printed materials created from digital downloads must follow the applicable product license. Because digital products are delivered electronically, refunds and exchanges are governed by my posted Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

Purchased digital printables may be printed as many times as needed for the specific group for which they were purchased. Free printable resources are limited to 30 people unless otherwise stated. 4. Physical Products and Orders

Chicken Scratch n Sniff LLC also offers physical products, including printed resources, gifts, and activity materials. Product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. I make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph products. Minor variations may occur due to printing, materials, lighting, or manufacturing processes.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by my Return Policy.

5. Colors and Printing Variations

I make every effort to represent product colors accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings, device, printer, ink, and paper type. Printed colors may vary from those displayed on your screen or shown in product photographs.

For digital downloads, final print quality and color results will depend on your printer, print settings, and materials used. Minor differences in color or appearance are normal and do not necessarily indicate a product defect.

6. Payments and Pricing

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, are calculated during checkout. I reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions or pricing and to address affected orders in accordance with applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the contact, billing, and shipping information submitted at checkout, including information automatically provided by express payment services. Orders are processed using the information received, subject to our Return Policy and applicable law.

Messages may include new product announcements, sales, discounts, special offers, free resources, and seasonal activity ideas.

Participation in SMS marketing is voluntary. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Subscribing to email communications does not automatically subscribe you to SMS marketing.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency may vary. Subscribers may receive up to 6 promotional text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan.

Unsubscribing from SMS Messages

You can unsubscribe from SMS marketing at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any text message you receive from Chicken Scratch n Sniff.

After your unsubscribe request is processed, you will no longer receive marketing text messages from this program unless you opt in again. A confirmation text may be sent after you unsubscribe.
