My LDS & Other Projects has a cute handout idea for this lesson as well as a fun bracelet. I don't think you can find that type of cereal anymore but Kashi has one that includes heart shaped puffs- you could glue them onto a paper of their family or poor some in the bag with my handouts.

Activity Ideas
A lot of these ideas are the same from 2 weeks ago. I've included the new ideas at the top of each section.
Family History Scroll- Make this scroll to use as a visual for your lesson
Grandma's Trunk- Read a clue then have the kids figure out which object you are describing. Better yet, bring a real trunk with real ideas for them to search through then play dress up!
The Hearts of the Children- Bright Idea poster
Counting of Family- Obviously you wouldn't have them write the answers but you can read the questions out loud and go through the pictures during your lesson
Family Faith- Glue the leaves on the family tree. You could also grab some smile face stickers to represent family members or draw on them.
Family Fun- Older kids love these hidden pictures. You'll have to draw the shapes on the board of things they need to look for though
Friendship Butter- Start it in class then have them finish it with their family at home
Origami Heart Envelopes- Make some ahead of time to fill up with sweet surprises (stickers, little pictures) to give out to their families
Strengthening My Family- Make these into a paper chain, straw necklace, or glue them all over paper.
Following Family Rules- You can use this visual to talk about some rules families have and ask if they have the same ones
Hidden Picture- Some kids do well with these, others don't. They can be lots of fun though.
I Can Help My Family Be Happy- Draw of put a happy face pictures on each of the scenes that shows happy families.
I Can Live with My Father in Heaven Again- Make this house strip that goes with the song, "I Am a Child of God."
I Have a Family Here on Earth- Draw a picture of your family then make it into a wind stock
I Love My Family- Another hidden picture or use it as a coloring page
My Family- Learn the signs for words relating to family
My Family- Make scene with these figures then talk about something you can do for each person to show them that you care
My Family Can Be Forever- Use this branch activities to help teach your lesson- each child can put one ornament up as you talk about it.
My Family Tree- Color in the faces or use smile face stickers
Together Forever- Make this 3-d scene as a visual in your lesson
