Free Drawing Activities for General Conference

We’re always looking for new activities to enjoy come General Conference. Last time, I give my teen son our Activity Book for Youth and he spent an entire session enjoy the Design a Creature page. I knew I needed to make him a few more pages this go around.

Save it for later, pin it now!

We all know that having something to do while listening to over 9 hours of speakers is helpful! These drawing activities can help your family listen more. Print a few copies as they can be done over and over again. You’ll find these three activities in the free download at the bottom of this post (it’s the blue button).

Draw a Creature

You will find four Draw a Creature activities in this packet. Roll a die (or a pair of dice) to determine how many of the four attributes to add then get creative! Draw some based on the talks you hear or just let the imagination go wild. Our favorite part of this activity is sharing them with each other during the breaks. Cut some out and make a new scene when you are done drawing.

Squiggle Me This

Squiggles are random lines drawn on paper that you turn into something else. Each one has a challenge prompt to transform the squiggle into some gospel related. Give the same squiggle to each person in your family and see how differently they all turn out.

Switch It Up

The last sheets challenge you to take something out of it’s typical environment into somewhere new while enjoying General Conference.

Enjoy them all throughout the weekend or use them for a Family Home Evening activity before or after Conference.
