There are two different versions of the House of Apostles. One has the prophets and apostles peeking out of the windows. The other one has it so you can glue one page underneath the house and cut the windows to open so you can see them underneath. Think of it like an advent calendar. Remember to cut the windows open before you glue the next page on!
There are all sorts of fun ways to use these House of Apostles General Conference coloring pages:
Use the house lines to write notes next to the speaker!
Glue a blank piece of paper behind the house with the apostles peeking out. Then cut the windows and door so they will open. When the apostle speaks, open the window and write a few thoughts or favorite quote inside or on the flap.
Number the windows and doors, glue the apostle page underneath. After General Conference, use it as a review. Your family picks a number then they share a thought from that person’s talk.
Use it as a countdown to General Conference instead. Number all the doors and windows. Each day open the corresponding number and read a quote or the whole talk from that individual’s last General Conference talk.
For fun! I pasted my on top of a really large piece of construction paper then used solar glue for the stars and construction paper crayons (so it’ll show on the black) for the rest.
To minister- drop off the printables with a box of crayons for your ministering families. You can preassemble one for them or just use the coloring version.
