Let’s study the New Testament together! Make it easy to share some thoughts, questions, and uplifting scriptures with your family and church classes with these free New Testament Textables! What’s a textable? It’s an image that we’ve created to go right along with your Come Follow Me lessons that you can easily text to ministering sisters, husband, teens, etc. It’s a great way to keep everyone in the loop. Thanks to Colette from My Computer Is My Canvas for designing most of these!

Save it for later, pin it now!

Each week you will find two textables to use with your weekly Come Follow Me lessons. One is a scripture that is great to share any time. The other is a question to ponder. Even if you never text the question to someone, you can use them to ponder during your scripture reading each week.

Great Ways to Use New Testament Textables

  • Send them to your Young Women’s class or Aaronic Priesthood Quorum to get them thinking of the readings and lesson topic before Sunday.

  • Text them to your college kids so you can still study together and share your thoughts.

  • Email them to your missionary each week as you learn together.

  • Text some to your teens as a way to discuss throughout the week.

  • Send a scripture (and some light) to your ministering sisters.

  • Print one off and use it as a tag with some fun New Testament treats.

  • Assign someone in your class to ponder a question beforehand and come prepared to share their thoughts on it in your church lesson.

  • Share on your ward’s Facebook page to spread some light and encouragement.

Seriously, these texts come in so handy!

When you sign up for my newsletter, I’ll send you a zip file with 6 months of New Testament Textables at a time for free. That’s 106 images to share with your family and church class throughout the year! The second textable download will come mid-June. Remember, files have to be extracted from a zip file before you can use them. If you don’t, you will get an error message. If you have never used a zip file before, there are so great tutorials out there for your specific device if you Google them. I especially recommend this if you are trying to download all 12 months on your phone. Each device is so different.

I recommend actually downloading all the files to your phone and then sending a month or two to your phone at a time using a cloud drive. That way you aren’t using up too much space on your phone and it’s much easier to unzip a file on a computer.

Let us know if we should offer these again when we study the New Testament. Until then, these are on pause.
