"True Disciples of the Savior" by Elder Terence M. Vinson was the talk that made the phrase “less wi-fi, more Nephi” famous. However, I like the “Thy Will Alignment” name for the tire store in Ghana. I wonder how you could tie that into your lesson.

Questions to Ponder
Many thanks to the volunteer that provided these questions. Sign up to help with questions next session.
What are some ways you are a disciple of Christ?
What are some things we do that are of "no eternal consequence”?
What are some specific gospel tenets, acts, and covenants that form the framework around which our lives should be built?
Has there been a time when you were not wholly committed to the gospel? What did you learn from that experience? What can we do to remain fully committed?
What is a time you have sacrificed for the gospel or chosen the right and were happy about it (had no regrets)? Why?
Think of a time when you worked hard to accomplish something righteous but did not succeed. What did you learn from this?
Think of a deep wound or hurt you have in your heart. What steps can you take, or keep taking, in order to let the Savior heal it?
How much would you truly be willing to give up in order to be filled with joy; to be born of God?
Name one of each of the following: An object you treasure, your favorite hobby, your favorite sport or game, your best friend. What would it be like for you to give these up, if asked, in order to pursue eternal life?
Name one "bag of holes" that is a road block for you in becoming a true disciple of Christ. Make a plan of how to replace that with something more conducive to obtaining true joy.

Discussion Ideas
Bring a bunch of empty frames to set up in your class as well as a few with something significant inside of them. Which ones are more pleasing to look at? Which ones have more meaning? Why? If you were to put a magazine ad or article about make up in one of the frames, would that make it more desirable? Why? Discuss the enduring joy we can feel as we put Christ in the center or our lives and build upon Him.
Discuss the worth of the gospel with your class. Would you sell your beliefs for $100? How about $100,000? How about $100,000,000? Hopefully your class says no way. Then pose the same question with some things that keep us from living the gospel fully such as: Do we sell our beliefs for that super funny show with just a few inappropriate parts that we can binge watch on a streaming service? Do we sell our beliefs so we can hold onto that grudge from last year? Why are those things harder to give up? How can we move forward and try to value the gospel more than these trivial things?
We obviously all want to follow the Lord but we all have weaknesses. What can we do when we are feeling ourselves wavering? How can we strengthen each other always? How does ministering help us in our resolve? What are some things you were inspired to do or change because of General Conference? Have you put those things into action or did you forget about them? Get them back out and make a plan to follow through them!
Split into groups and come up with your parables from your various personal stories such as the parable of the fat lib and broken jaw.
