Print out this feelings wheel for your class. Introduce it this week then continue to use it to help your class understand.
Play the M&M's Feeling Game (but limit the number they are allowed to take).
Make feeling balloons for everyone to take home or use during your class (these are great for those that fidget a lot or get anxious).

My Primary 1 Lesson 21 Handout Packet include
Feelings Slider- Cut the square out and slide the faces through the slot to express how you feel. There are two strips included- one with faces and one blank. Draw your own faces in the circles or fill them in with these emoji stickers.
Challenge your class to match the face in their square as a fun game.

Feeling Glad- Scroll through the different faces to make different expressions
Happy or Sad- Puppet idea
Be a Sunbeam for Jesus- Color a happy face or a picture to give to someone else to make them smile.
Family Fun Time- Depending on the responsiveness of your class, you can do the role-playing game listed here
Hidden Picture- A Valentine themed one- talk about how love makes you feel happy
In the Giving Spirit- Find all the acts of kindness and talk about how they make us feel or use this one
Sharing in the Nursery- Find people sharing and discuss how each person feels

The Coat- A great video that shows emotions and keeps the kids' attention (about 2 minutes)
