The purpose of teaching Primary 5 Lesson 17: Edward Partridge Is Called as the First Bishop is to help everyone understand the duties of a bishop as well as to support their Bishop and other church leaders.

You could also heart attack the Bishop's door- Have your class write nice messages on hearts than go tape them up at the end of class for a nice surprise!
