In “The Spirit of the Lord Is upon Me” Matthew 4; Luke 4-5 (Feb 4-10)” we learn about being fishers of men, resisting temptation, and more. There is so little time in Primary now, I recommend picking one thing to focus on. Try comparing the Primary lesson to the home study and see how they differ and maybe focus on that!

Discuss how we can all be fishers of men. Read the story then display this poster. You can place the fish upside down and have the kid’s go fishing with paperclips on the fish and a magnet on the end of a stick. They then have to give an example of how they can be a fisher of men using the word from the fish. Attach the fish with a string to the poster to show all the different things we can do. You could also use the fish provided in the manual.
