Get ready for General Conference by getting to know the members of the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles better! Each apostle tube doll has photo facts about them in the background making them great to play with as well as learn about.
Each photo clue fact matches the clues in my General Conference Countdown. Use them together for extra fun! Each countdown chain features one member of the Quorum of the Twelve or First Presidency. Line up the dolls on your table and start reading the clues without saying who it is. See if your family can figure out which doll it is by the time you get to the end. Then see if they can guess the name too!
There are lots of other ways to have fun with these dolls too. Use these dolls as you:
Listen to General Conference. Put each doll behind my paper podium as they speak at General Conference. See if they mention anything from their personal history in their talks.
Teach any Come Follow Me lesson that discusses the organization of Christ’s Church or the importance of prophets. Use them the week of September 30- October 13 as you study the book of Ephesians and how the Church is founded upon apostles, prophets, and Jesus Christ.
Review Conference messages! Write on the dolls some of the key messages from General Conference and review them throughout the week.
Learn the names and faces of each member. Combine this with my Apostle Bingo or Swat It. Match the dolls to their picture and play the games.
Remember, to check out all the other General Conference fun available too!
